So far we have noted these as known issues from last nights patch. 

 

• Galfos ... is currently named Galpos (Warlock book vendor), team will hotfix his name during HW maintenance. 
• Galfos books, we were unable to fully test last night due to time constraints.
• VIP compensation not received for some players. Eligible for VIP Compensation:
  • Had Active VIP during 11/03
  • Made purchases (any) from 10/2022 to 11/2022

 

Please feel free to quote this and let us know your experiences with the Galfos books / interactions with the Warlock book vendor!

 

Anyone who has missed out on the VIP compensation that feels they may be eligible. You may dm me so I can forward information over to maybe help figure out the issue!

So, If you did do some purchasing and had VIP going and currently have VIP going and nothing shows up at the redeemer we are supposed to DM you? 

 

You should try to contact the GM team by writing a ticket at the support page to get some help first but if they are slow or the GMs aren't helping then at that point it is a good idea to DM someone (probably CMMuji) on the CM team.

 

In general the best/fastest way to get issues resolved is tickets at the support site, but if the ticket is having an issue then the CM team can follow up and get it fixed/unstuck. But usually the CMs need the ticket first so they have something in writing to refer to.

Hi WP, can I please check with you on the updates to come with was mentioned by Campitor before he left? Will it still go as per planned?

 

And maybe bring some QoL update to make our gameplay better? Like lighten the weight of gemstones and ammunitions, one button unequip all gears and etc.

I know we only have a few more maint before Christmas so I figure why not mention something..

We are all aware of the issues with all the updates and the lagging of events due to whatever reasons..

Can you possibly mention something to whatever team if there is one that handles the events and maybe see if they might do some old time RO Christmas events like hunting for 3 sets of socks and or collecting wrapping paper making named presents was always fun and fun to give to friends or be kind and give to others, Head gears or any kind of Christmas gears are always fun to make and quest for..

You could even have a shop special on colored special Christmas care packages..

Highlight "Lutie" The original Christmas town... Heck I recall some of my best times on the game was hanging out in Lutie especially this time of year.

Master's Head effect turned off during its event period, can explain the logic behind this?

 

Would you be able to turn back on in time before the event ends? Or just pretend it didn't happen and drag until the event ends to make it sounds logical then?

I was playing with the divine guard hat, and here is what i found:
1. using Holy Cross succesfully activates Genesis Ray with the improved damage (as it should)

2. using Holy Cross > Genesis Ray does not activate Tuna Belly (needs to be fixed)

3. using Genesis Ray manually on its own DOES activate Tuna Belly every time (as it should)

4. the sprite for the hat is bugged and often loses alignment on the character's head. (needs to be fixed)

 

wish i could help more, but that's about as technical as I can get.
