Hi, can anyone tell me what the practical purpose or designer idea is for casting Oratio when using Juliette D Rachel. The weapon is neutral and reduce holy resistance? So weird effect.

change it to jRO region
basically its a pretty weak weapon with a holy element, thats why it have oratio and the set bonus with dog tag is pretty godly effect
