Sure, they may not get mad, but burnout is real, trust me. Happens to all of us. But no, bring up the complaint, but just be nice about it is all I'm saying. (I edited my post from earlier as well, if that was missed.)

Like you this write I can accept...but some duty people ignore post that why people will mad..but anything's now is wait wp specialist team how solve issues but say truth don't expect too many..can solve some main problem is good already . specialist team(lol)

oh no! Im just reiterating that this is a Hardware Maintenance (usually done every other week). Everyone is free to or I encourage everyone to;  suggest/request/submit reports on things that are needed. Adding snow is a dang must; if i say so myself. lol

Yes, Snow is a must! 

You can have some of our snow that we already have and we are about to get hit again with snow storms all weekend long and then more on the way each day and week as we get closer to Christmas.

I do have just one question for any of the CMs who may be reading, though: About the new hairstyles that have been broken/unavailable forever, is there a particular reason this hasn't been fixed after a year or more? I'm guessing it's something wrong on kRO's side and that's why it's been broken for so long. But any thoughts/insight? This is the only fix that I've truly been waiting for every maint, personally.

after i read all the problems about WL , its good that i decided to choose sorcerer instead on my booster character, i only use her booster set gears it increases PW damage and my cast is pretty good , i deal 60k to 63k per hit to big bell in nct but the only tiny problem is my ventus kill easily because whenever i teleport the mobs already approaching her , i hope they do something about this because getting rough wind is pretty hard to farm...

p.s: can we have free vip (7 or 5 days) in Christmas day? thanks

yeah same problem with homunculus after teleport they all go back to their aggre phase even when you put them in stand by thats why the monster attack them after teleport

This was an issue long before I had arrived. ;--; I believe you're referencing the lighthalzen hairstyles right? I've been pointing this out for a while now; and its on our list. I guess I gotta whip out the wooden stick for some pokin again ...

refine event needs to be extended, 2 weeks is not enough. most people only get paid once every 2 weeks and since christmas shopping being a priority most have not had the opportunity to purchase KP. If you're going to leave the boxes in cash shop it would be very stupid not to extend refine event.

This you wrong..kachua boxes still stay because early said will sell until holidays end..somemore you can buy kachua for key to draw phantom invitation tickets...if you missed refine event need wait next time already

It's like roll the dice lol and when it was Christmas/Snow event the dice rolled into a blackhole never to be seen again unless your in the upside down..

You know we know it does snow in the upside down... Maybe we need to get MBB=11 or El to rewind time and get into the minds of the teams that are responsible for creating and adding stuff and post about Christmas and Snow yesterday lol...

Refine event is only once every 5-6 months, the duration has never been 1 week only in the past. why even bother to have it?

yeah i mean its not moving an inch after teleport, so why mobs attacking it ? the only i can do for now is attack them with aoe spell before they approach my ventus and if it takes damage i cast spirit cure right away...

As far as i know, thats how it's supposed to be. Homunculus and summons do not have the 5 seconds immunity after a teleport as our characters have.

you cms havent got a clue it takes time to make +16 during refine event 1 week is definitely not enough time, you need 10 attempts for a decent shot and luck varies from week to week. please never ever bring us refine event unless you can commit to it. camp knew this and so do all the pros.

GM Please make a Homunculus Event for my pets. Its pretty hard to make them loyal. Even in prepare potion there is no Homunculus tablet for intimacy. Make this fix. Thanks.
