1. URGENT, Two points most harm game environment recently:

a>. The server becomes very unstable nowadays, frequent disconnection happens everyday especially in Lighthalzen, Prontera and EdenGroup. Please double-check if there are some illegal manners like duplication that result in the unstability. 

b>. And by the way please thoroughly invest some suspicious vending consumable item's source:

Shadow Enhancement Box: The most outrageous item, it was out of print long time ago but still be kept selling like unlimited supply.

Finest Weapon Modification Device(Magic/Physical): Possibly

+1 these updates and real maintenance when? you guys haven't even fixed random map disconnections.

 

Fix the disconnection issue and look into possible duplicated items.

With the recent 185/65 Expanded class update, please give specific items for the Rebellion class. Expanded class are always left in the dust as most people play other the standard, overpowered jobs. Please give expanded class mains like myself some support and incentive to continue playing the game.

May I suggest? If you want players to comeback and have many players playing ragnarok again, Merge all server as one. So that only 1 server will patch fix and not 3. Convinience and fast not wasting time,  Make it happen.

We just want to know if this second hardware maintenance in a row is because the staff is lazy or cause the next update is going to be awesome  =).

Please investigate why chaos server is down so often now (almost everyday), please check your server logs and find the root cause, and take proper actions to prevent that from happening again.

Your hardware maintenance is the time to do this instead of going out to a coffee shop to get a free PTO right?

I think it's time for at least an announcement of what's coming in this first quarter of the year. With cases of duping happening now (posible speculation or not), a massive bug list where only 1 gets resolved after months, a server who died at birth merge with chaos when? and popular leveling maps crowded of AFK macroers you are more focused on disappoint your playerbase... or what's left of it with asking for OCP/Kachua and now costumes suggestions which end up being completely different at launch time, come on... now you have everyone posting their whislist on every maint thread but at the end the bait worked which is the most important

Seems that there were some difficulties with this cycle which didn't allow time for us to fully test out items before official release. Better to make sure! :x

 

But I did hear that OCP will be coming next week!

Any word on when we will get the rest of the 3rd class kRO skill changes? For example, Rune Knight Ignition break is up to date currently - whereas Wind Cutter Cast Delay (0.2 -> 0.3)  and Cooldown (1.0s -> 0.5s) are not. It is also missing the ability to ignore defense when used with a 2 handed sword.

What's the point of keeping the server in these conditions?
Extremely empty server, no one can negotiate anything because everyone is or has already migrated to chaos.

 

The reason I don't just switch to chaos is because after spending so much money and time you don't want to just drop everything and start over from scratch.
Keeping the server freya the way it is is a lack of respect for the players.

Couldn't agree more, if ya'lls started playing Freya with your mind in having it merged at some point it defeats the whole pvrpose of playing on a new server.

Hard to agree with iRO's laziness but I hope it goes full effect on merging the servers and leave them as they are right now.

I want to start off by saying that I'm not emotionally invested in this game at all and I just came back for fun.  I'm making this post just to put forth my thoughts on how IRO is being run into the ground by the people in charge here. me and my real life friends have come back to this game again and again over the years and always talked about how great ragnarok could be.  but for example most of us quit because the servers in the past were SO BAD that you couldn't even run around without rubberbanding constantly.  I guess the problem was so bad that the server finally literally died and they had to close the game for 2 months to get everything working again(this is just what I heard)

 

This company running this game is so busted.  besides so many items not working, bugs and bots etc.  sweets festival is whack with the cakes being sold out immediately(this is actually just the reason for me coming to this post.  I don't even know what the purpose of the sweets is.  I just wanted to grab some and test it out, but it's quite normal for things in this game just to not be like they're supposed to be and i've seen people post that they already bought thousands of cakes before they become limited, so now only older players get these benefits).  I just came back to this game a month ago and seeing how poorly it is ran is frustrating(I started playing ragnarok in beta while I as in highschool).  I logged on ASAP when server popped hoping I could get some montblanc cakes(really just to see if they respawn with server and try to grab a few, not all) and there is someone there already who bought all the cakes selling for 100k each(there was about 50 people online when I got in, so this person just waited there to buy and resell them for 100k).  ZZ I'm 99.9% sure that the people running this game are simply milking every penny possible from OCP and offering basically zero updates or anything positive for the game.

 

last week "ok guys from now on we do 1 hardware then 1 renewal maintenance."  IMMEDIATELY does 2 hardware maintenance in a row without even saying anything until people are bringing it up on the maintenance thread.

 

pretty much every single post is complaining about bugs / no updates / bots / absolutely no word or indication about the future of this game, but the ONLY thing that is said is some community manager comes in and promises that they are doing their best to talk to the studio etc etc but all they are REALLY interested in is figuring out which costumes and OCP they can add into the next update to generate the most money for themselves(thats what it seems like to me.  there is no way to know because they say nothing)

 

anyway thats kind of a rant, but in the end it's frustrating to see a fun game fall down like this and appears to have absolutely no desire or care from the people in charge to make any positive change in the game.

 

also there is also Rumor's of duping items going around now also? 

 

maybe I'm just way off here, but I do hope the best for the future of ragnarok.  It doesn't make sense to me that updates etc would be so far behind and the overall stability of the server would be so poor if the people running the show had any passion for ragnarok online.

 

don't take my rant as anger please.  I'm just pointing out my observations based on what I've seen from this game over the last month.  I wonder if IRO in different hands could be better

Just once can we give every account an option to choose a server and move their permanently? This way you don't have to worry about those people who want to stay on their server and give those who want to migrate a chance on another server. You wont be forcing people to leave, just giving those who want to the option to do so.

I gotta tell ya I also don't get why the Sweets Festival was designed that way. I can't even finish the main quest (somehow I ate one of the sweets and now I can't buy it/make it again), the NPC is always empty. 

 

Question: what happened to Campitor? I searched and read that Oda left to come to live in Japan, but I couldn't find anything related to Campitor.

Similar to you, but worse off, I fixed the problem.  I first started the problem by talking to the NPC that makes a new sweet out of existing ones.  Oops!   Now I was missing the sweets to be delivered.  To fix the problem, I went on an alternate character and farmed up a bunch of stolen cacao to be exchanged for coins.  I then redeemed sets of 10 coins for a random sweet item.  Eventually, I obtained all the missing items needed to complete the sweets delivery quest.

 Camp left that's why the game is falling apart.
