I want to build a 99/70 Champion. I don't want to become Sura. I already reborned and I'm grinding to 99.

The build will be Guilhotine Fist MVP Champion. 

I need help with this build because it will be an "old school" build since I'm not using endgame 100+  lvl items.

Any advise on what items to use?

I have items like Sohee Shoes, Variant Shoes etc...  I would like a complete guide on equipments. If anyone would be kind enough to share with me what items I could use for a 99/70 MPV champion It would help me a lot. Thank you very much.

But are you using newer equipment that's usable at lvl99 trans? Or exclusively things from back in the day
