It seems that in the past few months, you folks are getting ALOT of heat on:
1. Disconnect issues
2. Game update information
3. Duping issues
4. Lack of updates in regards to patches/fixes for skills, boxter etc.
5. General lack of response on forums
Alot of the heat would probably go away if you would just be transparent with us and communicate more. The level of transparency that was visible when Campitor was around.
Transparency: Providing the current roadmap for game/content update, providing a list of fixes that you have planned, providing a gameplan of what you are doing to address misc issues, following up on announcements that you made previously, etc.)
