According to the information about event written on the renewall.playragnarok.com web site,

I refined a level 4 weapon start from +7 wanna go to +9, using HD Oridecon and Blacksmith Blessing, in Morroc, on 6th of July, just a few hour before maintenance.

 

As many as 6 time process, not even 1 managed to rise to +8.

 

Does the ongoing Rate Up Refine Event, June 29th ~ ... still work?

Use Enriched Elu/Oridecon we have more rate
