Pick up exactly the right 5 pieces for forming a gun and keep forming until it successes. 

 

any over carried piece of Craft will stop the NPC to talking to you no matter after forming a gun or trying to form one. 

 

the Job Change is needed to be done by luck. 

 

if you carry any overflow Craft, butterfly out, sell it, redo it again.

With all Rebels I have, I didn't experience this issue before.

Did you use your mouse to check all monster?

It looks like it might be a monster spawn bug, according to this post: https://forums.warpp...of-battle-help/

 

Might need to submit a ticket or try it again after next week's maintenance (since that seemed to resolve it for some people, which makes sense since all monster spawns would be mass-reset).
