To fix your character being stuck please contact the GM team for assistance as they are the only ones with the ability to help.

Best way to contact them in this case would be to use the airlift topic they set up here on the forum but you can also file a ticket at the support page to get more help not only with issues like this but for any game related issues.

Hi VMod,

 

I submitted a ticket 24 hours ago and I also used the airlift topic 20 hours ago.

 

My characters are still stuck.

 

Would you be kind enough to give me an estimate of how many days this airlift is going to take?

Honestly I'm not sure right now how long they're taking and I've never had a direct contact with the GM team to ask since I assist the community managers.

Normally though it seemed the airlift topic either had an alert on it or they checked it more than once a day. So ideally it is just the large volume of requests that are slowing things down and it will be soon but I honestly have no idea.
