There seems to be a change in list of the OVERSEAS CARE PACKAGE VI drop rate. I have recently purchased a few and only managed to get 2 pcs +5 safe armor certificate instead of 2 pcs +10 safe certificate. I demand a refund for this!!!! already sent a ticket and "PLEASE ANNOUNCE THIS TO THE COMMUNITY" as to avoid wasteful use of KAFRA POINTS!!!!!

'Safe to 5 Armor Certificate' from KRO and 'Safe to 10 Certificate' from IRO share the same item ID, you can chose to use as a Safe to 5 Armor Certificate with the npc at Prontera or use as a Safe to 10 Certificate with the npc located at eden secon floor.
