when i read the IRO wiki page of Dragon Knight i saw Dragonic Breath as part of the skill list but not part of the image of the skill tree. The IRO skill Simulator page also has the skill as part of the skill tree but in the game itself its not showing on the skill window at all. Is this a bug, mistake, or will the skill appear in a later update?

I think it's the second 4th job update patch, so you've got a while to wait
