Curious: Is anyone still suffering from this issue? I recently a few days ago had that happen to my character. I've sent in the tickets and they airlifted said character to Prontera, but still get that d/c message. The other characters on the same account are fine. If anyone else who had this issue have you had it resolved? I just want to know if it's salvageable. Thanks in advanced iRO community in advanced.

my friend has had his Dragon knight in the disconnect void almost a week and a half and others including myself are having to deal with level reverting.  escalated tickets have been sitting around for 9 days with no answers or replies.  they don't know how to fix it so they just ignore you.

Oh lordy. This is a hopeless situation then? How does one NOT know how to fix that? They keep telling me to check my VPN and such when that's definitely not the issue since my other characters on the same account can be logged into. This is incredibly concerning. I'm sure we each have characters that we've spent a fair amount on gear/OCP and not to mention time on. How frustrating.

Yikes you guys weren't kidding. I wonder if my character fully geared out is lost to oblivion. No word on a fix for this yet huh?~

Oh no. This is terrible. It feels almost hopeless at this point. I just hope I don't have to lose my character over this update. Or your friend/friends that are also going through this same thing. Please let me know if they ever get out of the void so at least I'll have hope lol!

they probably will fix it eventually, they just don't wanna fix every character singularly.  they are probably trying to figure out a batch process to do a large sweep.  Just had another guildy yesterday get the leveling revert bug.  4 of my best guild members are crippled and it kinda sucks.
