I have to post it again, since none of my characters can continue to do 17.2 now.

 

Name of item/skill/NPC with issue: Kaya Terms of Service (I meant to say Kaya T O S, it keeps freaking changing into other words) in Ein Field 1 (ein_fild01 95, 146)

Location (if applicable): Ein Field 1 (ein_fild01 95, 146)
Type of Issue (choose): Disappeared 
Describe the issue: 

 

Not sure if it is reported...

 

17.1 quest is bugged in the middle, the NPC Kaya Terms of Service (I meant to say Kaya T O S, it keeps freaking changing into other words), is disappeared, but the question mark is flashing there.

 

How to do quest???

 

Does anyone else encounter this?

Try walking around that area, perhaps a little south of the spot to see if he'll appear

I walked around the area, but no NPC and no place to click the question mark. 

 

I will try walking further south then. 

 

side note: your comment is even better than GM in ticket.... he told me to wait for patch update only, no time given....haha

Weird i just did that like a hour ago and everything was fine.

Try to go a few steps back and talk again with the npcs's, usually some have more things to say before the next step triggers.

This Bug just suddenly disappeared. 

 

I don't need to move around the area. When I went there again, all the accounts work, they can find the NPC.
