Hello,

 

I spent all my skill points, all my stat points, my character is naked and under 500 weight. I am a High thief level 43/40 and when I talk to the stalker after reading the book, I can't change from high thief to stalker. Is this a bug or is the new requirement jlev 50?

You might have an item on you that has less than 1 weight, but still counts against having 0 weight. Just throw any item you can into storage and see if that works.
