Was buying an item for around 3b+. Person ran away without giving me the item.

Been hearing reports of the same in the past week.

 

If only there's a way to have a tradeable item that can correspond to an exact amount of money. This way we dont need to give away 1b zeny without anything in return whenever we sell/buy items worth more than 1b

Did you take screenshots of the conversation, agreement and trades? If yes there's a chance of get back your zeny if you send a ticket, if not, lesson learned.

Same thing happen to me yesterday. Was suppose to deal them four times but after the third one they just log off right infront of me.

Thankfully i've been recording most of my trades since the last time i got scammed years back.

 

Send the chat ss and replay of the trade, from the moment they enter chat to saying i'm buying/selling X item for Y zeny, and they said okay. (These days you can link the items in chat, so it makes its more obvious thats the item you're buying/selling).

 

GM contacted me and gave me my zeny back, so all is good. But I'm definitely feeling sour for encountering it.

Don't forget the Wizard of Veritas camper. He is such an ass camping 24x7. Been contacting support for 3 weeks now but no action has been taken

They should just give us compressed forms of currencies we can trade in one go. This system is highly susceptible to exploiters.

Ah the infamous Y.S.F. scammer. People have already reported him last week, but looks like he's still in Eden scamming people today. He does this by creating a chat selling the much sought after YSF Ring for 30% cheaper than market price, does negotiation like a normal person, and even shows you the item. However, he will log off on the last trade after you have already gave him 3b.

 

He already scammed at least 5 people according to complaints on Discord. The longer it takes for GM to respond to these kind of tickets, more legit players will have to suffer the consequences.

I truly feel for the support team, having to deal with stuff like job changes and unstucking characters, things that shouldn't ever been this much of a problem
