I spend about 150 dollars this month
not at once but 50 there , 30 here , 60 there added total 150
I read if I spend 6000 KP i get items ? when i get to the ncp
it ask for a Serial code ? how or where do i get it ?

The rewards are usually sent out the week after you spend enough money to hit the tier.
We should get the rewards by Friday earliest, or next Friday, possibly. Afterward, you can probably start pulling out the pitchforks.
