• Fixed the issue where players couldn't proceed with certain steps on Geneticist job change quest.

 

• I just wanna add that characters that had gone through the quest still cant proceed, they need the quest to be reset.

I still cannot play, and it has been over 2 weeks. This is insane.

 

My character instantly disconnects upon login. I cannot move, I cannot transfer items, I cannot fight, I cannot help my friends, I cannot do anything.

 

All the effort spent on that character, money (zeny and dollars), and the time, is just wasting away. Support cannot give me any idea at all as to when it will be fixed, and they don't even know if it is fixed, because they ask me if it is. Of course, the premium status and other rental items I paid for are also gone, and I highly doubt they will compensate me in any way.

 

I don't want to wait another 2 weeks just for the chance it might be fixed. Such a waste of time.

 

Requested an update on my ticket and they said that while they have escalated it, the team is still working on "another request" so they have not worked on my case at all.

 

Approaching 3 weeks now of no access to my main character, my cash items, and everything else.

These should be top priority:

1st - RODEX issues - especially the one linked to auto-vend and auto-send/spam Job change Map coz 99% sure that is one root cause of the problem.

2nd - Stat/Skill reset

3rd - Various item/skill bugs

Can’t tell which one is more annoying - the job change NPC spamming my rodex inbox causing my character to freeze, or the GM team who don’t give any -_- about customer’s’ voice

Been a little over 4 months since one bug I reported, GM's won't give me my item and I have to wait for their fix, zzz. quality service.

I'm having a similar experience in Chaos. Reached out about an item that was destroyed back in early September. They confirmed they could restore it immediately a few weeks ago, but have ghosted me since then. I recently submitted a new ticket and a different GM told me they've reached out to that support agent. Not sure if they're intentionally ignoring me because I've been sending weekly replies asking for an update or if they're actually working on other things.

 

But let's be real, my issue could be resolved in minutes. Nothing complicated about restoring an item.

Right now, it's WarpPortal by 10,000% because I'm still locked out of many things I paid for. It's insane that someone has to wait 3+ weeks for their character to get fixed from a bug that wasn't caused by the player, with absolutely zero ETA of when it will be fixed (if ever). 

 

There are a lot of reasons I consider WarpPortal to be the worst MMORPG publisher I've ever seen, but this is just ridiculous. If I'm choosing to play the game despite all the issues, let me just play it, fix my character. I've followed all the correct protocol and have been very sincere in my tickets, and yet I'm still waiting.
