I still cannot play, and it has been over 2 weeks. This is insane.

 

My character instantly disconnects upon login. I cannot move, I cannot transfer items, I cannot fight, I cannot help my friends, I cannot do anything.

 

All the effort spent on that character, money (zeny and dollars), and the time, is just wasting away. Support cannot give me any idea at all as to when it will be fixed, and they don't even know if it is fixed, because they ask me if it is. Of course, the premium status and other rental items I paid for are also gone, and I highly doubt they will compensate me in any way.

 

I don't want to wait another 2 weeks just for the chance it might be fixed. Such a waste of time.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed the issue where Refine Ticket doesn't give a certificate when used.

I wondered if your team tested any of the items before releasing it on iRO because the Scarlet Hero Manteau is already dead on arrival. Said item does not work if you're a Dragon Knight.

yup they remove the skelly cat recovery bonus , personally im good on the previous 100% because it was manageable but now its gone time to go back using my trusty +7 octopus hat , fish in mouth , and royal guard shield, all i need to do is a little adjustment on my leveling...if your going to file a ticket about this issue the GMs will just say at your face "it was inten-dead" so give it up...

I won't be able to enjoy that bonus since I need to reset my stats. I wish I could get an answer on that, or at least if I got my stats reset by them in exchange of the Magical Stone I have on me right now.
