Same here, Actually have been working like crazy all summer and up to about a couple days ago so now that things are slowing down I kinda get a break and can come back and check things out once again.

Sadly, I come back right when the second event for boosters is ending lol so I missed the first one got in too late had work and life to deal with once in awhile I would check forums and news and had seen there was the event in Aug but even at that time was far too busy to really do anything...Then lol when I actually now have the free time it's ending.. I made 2 new boosters lol and they aren't even lvl 20 yet.. So lol it's not looking good..

 

Just pay someone to boost for you... in zeny of course. So many players here have so much time in this world they lvl 200 each and every slot in their account.

Aghh come on! i just came back 4 days ago because of the Booster characters to try the 4th jobs and now you tell me the box is going soon, guess im uninstalling and trying again next year with the Booster 2024 :/

Thank you for listening to us oh mighty poring sir, i know its hard to be a GM but thank you for keeping the boosters pack permanently. i know it will not cause you any trouble keeping this packs coz you are not playing the game but for us playing its a big boost.. more features more player still, don't remove just add upgrades

Disable costume effects, but don't delete the consumables. People have had stock of these items from events for a while and spent time to farm them to use them. 20 years of events where items are deleted after, and now you guys are going to delete them with 2 week notice after people spent the time to do quests/gather these items.

well good thing im in rest mode(sitting SP regeneration) so do what you wanted to do we are tired of this deletion thing.
oh by the way i just farm coins consumable and pumpkins all my playtime are just farming those just to use in leveling when x300% occur again in december. why you hate us why? if you will delete those please put strawberry and blue herb in NPC just like GGH did.

Remove the etc items and disable the effects if you want, but please don't delete our consummables!

 

 

People spend time farming and also spent zeny to buy it from other players.

 

If you continue to delete the event consummables item like this, there won't be a market for event items in the future.

Which will lead to less participation and less interest in events.

 

Why bother with event exclusive items, when its just gonna be deleted later.

 

Deleting ETC, quest items are totally fine.

 

PS: Do you know you can farm pumpkin pie outside of event?

@CM Poring. I’d appreciate if you could have a word with the support team on aging tickets.

I’ll share my ridiculous experience with Support here:

9/26 – I submit a support ticket regarding an item restoration request
9/27 - GM Aunoe responds with the standard question template, to which I responded immediately
9/28 – I send a follow up requesting an update
10/1 – GM Aunoe responds asking me to confirm item restoration AND to refine to +12 due to kachua ticket not working
10/2 – I confirm the above
10/3 – I send a follow up requesting an ETA
10/4 – GM Aunoe claims that my item restoration is in progress
10/5 – GM Aunoe once again asks me to confirm the above, to which I repeat again
10/9 – GM Aunoe claims that they will need to discuss with “Specialists”
10/20 – I send a follow up requesting an update/ETA
10/26 – GM Aunoe responds with the same copy/paste reply from 10/9
11/9 – I send a follow up requesting an update

To note, I’ve also replied multiple times via email and my requests to have my item restored in its original state WITHOUT having to go through a specialist has been ignored. Multiple tickets to request another GM to support have also been closed, even though GM Strouf claimed they would follow up with the assigned agent. At this point, I don’t think it’s a matter of not being able to resolve the issue, but moreso not wanting to. This should’ve been resolved weeks ago.

Please reconsider your decision to remove the Trans Candy effect. Many of us spent a lot of time farming these candies.

Also, Pumpkin Pie is not an event item. It drops from Witch’s Pumpkin Hat with middle headgear combos. This interaction is not part of the Halloween event. Don’t ruin one part of the game because you confuse it for being part of an event.

It is pretty wild when you think about it it how the community would probably be happier if we stopped receiving patch updates about 2 months ago than the current trend we're on now. That'll teach us to ask for content updates, I guess.

Considering that I’m one of the more recent whales, you’d think they’d provide us with at least basic customer service so I’d be more inclined to spend my money, but I guess not? Their loss, literally.

for 10 to 11 during the refine event, hd was nice since 9 to 10 wasnt too bad with hd elu/ori. got 2 items from 7 to 11 in about 100m worth of material, and 10 to 11 is like 50m in bsbs for a 20% chance

Seems like they'd make less money in the end since people will more likely get BSB's to safe refine instead of spamming hd carnium/bradiums.
Can't really target obtain bsb from cash shop in the same was as the hd ores either, they are kinda just a side product of gambling.
