I have Cavalier Mastery max lv5, but when i got on a dragon as RK, the ASPD is about 10 lower than no ridding.
Is that correct?

You need "Dragon Training" to reduce the ASPD penalty for RK's Dragon
Cavalier Mastery only reduce ASPD penalty for PecoPeco and Gryphon
