This has only happened today, So, When I go to the daily login to collect my rewards it will auto lock and freeze and not give reward unless the reward is a dc from the server.

I am not sure about any other town but for some reason it is happening in Prontera, I even went into a building to see if it was just overly lagged out and still got dc and no daily reward.

Just don't claim them in prontera, it is laggiest there. Try doing it in Eden instead.

Yeah it has something to do with Rodex and Prontera. I just purchased an item from an offline vendor in pront and it never sent the Item to my rodex but took my zeny.

I'm also having this problem right now. Usually I go into Eden Kitchen/2F but I am still unable to open RODEX at all - it just stays on the "loading" message. I have noticed this getting progressively worse every morning (EST) but by the afternoon or evening it seems to get better aka usable. I can't obtain any sales money or see if someone messaged me at all!

 

Do we have a random player spike from 8-10AM EST that might be causing it? Servers needing a restart early AM or something?

I just walk out of Prontera and collect it in South, East or West Pront. Same when I buy something. If it doesn't show up in Rodex right away, I walk outside of Pront and wait for half an hour and it's usually there.

No. Absolutely do not do it in Eden. It will Disconnect you and it might count, and still not give you the item.

It also failed in Juno, Einbroch and Rachel.

Morroc seemed to work... for now... jfc.

 

For real, we should not have to be dealing with this.

It worked in eden at the time of my post. The problem is just spreading to more maps now.

Eden is indeed no longer safe to do it though.

Pretty annoying, kinda the same thing happened when maps were rolling back exp a few weeks ago.

At this point, find the loneliest map you can and try there... I suppose...

When you are about to claim the item, do not open RODEX yet. Go on a map with less or no players around then open RODEX and claim/get whatever items that are on hold.

 

Honestly, rodex is lagging in most towns now not only in prontera.

my situation is my buying offline store is nowhere on sight in the area but it is in operation because my zeeny is in the buying vend. dont go to this town/field when claiming and wait for 60ish seconds after logging in dont moce a muscle

I too encounter this problem. I completed the 20 days daily login. I was in Prontera when I decided to claim the costume jumping poring. Unfortunately, it gave me a lot of dc and stuff. When I checked ROdex, theres a new mail, but inside of it was nothing, I mean the costume wasnt there
