I need help regarding Daily Log In Reward. I completed the Daily Log In and already checked the Costume Jumping Poring, however I didnt receive the costume eventhough I completed it. is this a bug or something?

Your rodex could probably be lagging. Try to wait for a while or go to a map with less population. Try going to random dungeon and see if you can claim there. Otherwise, send a ticket to Warpportal

I don't receive 20th daily login rewards and GM asked me to create ticket for each characters (1 ticket is not enough???).

 

This is a bug but GM does not want to fix it or return the lost item to all players. Instead, he asks players to create thousand of ticket.
