Yes, I can't play iRO because my character is disconnected from the server even after maintenance.

 i  got bot response from GM. they said will investigate..  2 weeks coming to 3 weeks.

 

wtf.. they investigating.. how to open their ticket inbox..?

GM comes to answer once a week and he does not read what you wrote. As a result, 1 ticket took a months or months to resolve.

More like the GM are already very slow mentally, too. Even when you already placed the information in the spaces provided, the GM still wants you to reply with the same information AGAIN. Worst case scenario, they might request you to do it not once, but twice, or even more.

Nah, I already spent thousands of dollar (probably almost a million), still have the same treatment.
