I guess this hat (striped ribbon) ain't going to change a thing about ab's 4th class problem cuz arbitrium, pneumaticus and framen are s*ck they got no damage, too long cd time and a eternal cast time and just given then more dmg dont solve the real problem.

 

I think it's just another item for people to spend money on and not have something good.

Interesting balancing decision for a 0.34% item. Did the math and our version ends up being equal to or worse than A. Royal Bow even at +14, assuming the description is completely correct.

They added new headgear drops in bio5 on a 2021 patch if that's what you thinking about, but no quest to get that.
