Geffen seems to be the only location that the Kafra Employee in Izlude is able to teleport me to. And the game teleports me before I can even close the dialogue window. When I choose Payon or Morroc and close the dialogue window the game doesn't teleport me to those locations. When I choose Al De Baran and close the dialogue window the game disconnects me from the server about 3 seconds later. 

I haven't had any issues using the Kafra teleport service in the other cities I've come across so far.

Sorry for the double post. I didn't think the post went through when I clicked submit because nothing happened so I tried shortening the topic to fit within the area to see if it would do something.

That Kafra is bugged and takes 2 lines for each location. If you ignore every other line, it makes sense: 1st line is Geffen, 2nd is Payon, 3rd is Morroc, 4th is Al de, 5th is Cancel. That's why when you select Payon, which is 3rd on the list, you go to Morroc.

 

You can also talk to the other Kafra stacked on top of it, but you need a specific camera angle and animation frame to click it.
