This is still the best footgear for Rebellion Class. This was only in 1 Kachua that was released 4 years ago in Nov 2020. There are many players who want to play Rebel class but do not have these shoes because of it’s rarity. Please release the Slotted version.
Or make an iRO custom footgear for Night Watch class with similar properties based on the original (Rich’s Coin -3 sec cooldown, Enable use of Improve Concentration Lv1 or higher, 40% After Cast Delay, 20%+ Class Damage, 100% Ignore Defense of all Races, HP/SP/ASPD Increase, Increase Vanishing Buster damage). Additionally, add +10 basic stats, new Talent Stat bonuses like P.ATK, POW, CON, CRT, increase Night Watch Skill Damage (Magazine For One, Wild Fire, Spiral Shot) and add 0.5 sec Fixed Cast Time Reduction or higher.

Rebellion class needs this hat badly as it provides necessary cooldowns reductions for many skills.
For every 2 refinements, ATK+20.
For every 3 refinements, the damage of Fire Rain, Round Trip, Fire Dance, and Dragon Tail increases by 20%.
When refined to +7, Class Damage +10% and attack speed increased (delay after attack -10%).
When refined to +9, physical damage to All Size targets +10%.
When refined to +11, long-distance physical damage +20%.
When refined to +12, reduce cooldown of Fire Rain and Dragon Tail by 2 seconds, and cooldown of Round Trip by -0.5 seconds.
[Grade Bonus]
[Grade D] For every 3 refinements, long-distance physical damage increases by another 2%.
[Grade C] For every 3 refinements, the damage of Fire Rain, Round Trip, Fire Dance, and Dragon Tail will be increased by 10%.
[Grade B] P.ATK, S.MATK+7.
[Grade A] Physical/magical damage to targets of all races +10%, Reduce Cooldown of Slug Shot by 2 seconds, Reduce Cooldown of Vanishing Buster by 1.5 seconds.
Make this an iRO Custom and also add 0.5sec Fixed Cast Time reduction.

This should be Great Gunner Armor-LT or some version of it. Make it an iRO Custom when Night Watch is released and modify the armor to include the following:
All Basic Stats +10 (or higher)
ATK+150.
ASPD +3
For every 2 refinements, ATK+15, DEX+5, AGI +5
For every 3 refinements, Round Trip, Dragon Tail, Vanishing Buster, Fire Dance, God’s Hammer damage by +30%.
When refined to +9, long-distance physical damage +60%.
When refined to +11, physical damage to targets of All Races increases by 20%.
When refined to +13, the delay after skill is -15%.
When paired with "Heart Hunter Card", ATK+100, Physical damage to All Property targets +15%.
When paired with "Captain Ferlock Card", ATK+100, Physical damage to All Property targets +40%. When equipped by Gunslinger Classes, Enables use of No Limits Lv 5.
[Grade Bonus]
[Grade D] Enables use of Falcon Eyes Lv.10 (buff will be removed immediately after removing the equipment), Reduce cooldown of Round Trip by 1 second, Slug Shot by 4 seconds, Dragon Tail by 2 seconds, God’s Hammer by 10 seconds. For every 3 refinements, the physical damage to All Size targets increases by 4%.
[Grade C] For every 3 refinements, increase the damage of Wild Fire, Vigilante at Night, and Spiral Shot by 40%.
[Grade B] For every 3 refinements, the damage of Magazine for One, and Only One Bullet increases by 40%.
[Grade A] For every 2 refinements, P.ATK+1, POW+2, CON+2, CRT +2. For every 3 refinements, the physical damage to All Size targets increases by 5%. When refined to +13, reduce Fixed Casting Time by 0.3 sec.

We need the slotted version of this middle headgear. Or better, just add the Reduce Anti-material Blast Cooldown by 5 seconds to some other custom gear instead.
