I heard there's something called the "Steel Body Trick." Could someone tell me what it is and if it's still relevant to SNs and Expanded SNs?

So "Steel Body Trick" is just getting HP refilled and having Mental Strength cast? How disappointing. I thought there was an actual trick or something. Thank you.
