Hello Buddys,
I want to report a bug that happened to me today, and was very very strange.
I won't go into too much details and I'll try to tell in a simple way:
1. I went to prontera's Board to buy 2 stones
2. I searched in the Board and opened the Vendings directly from the board
3. I bought the stones for the price of 2.3kk
4. I received TOTALLY DIFFERENT ITEMS, not the ones from my purchase
5. The purchase was supposed to cost me 2.3kk, but the "transaction with bug" took from me 60~70KK, not 2.3kk
6. TO CONFIRM IT COULD BE A BUG, I TRIED AGAIN.... I BOUGHT AGAIN THE STONE IN SAME VENDING, AND THE BUG HAPPENED AGAIN.
7. I bought 1 stone priced for 500k >> received 1 totally different item >> and the transaction took from me 5kk+, not 500k.
What is that??? A bug?? A hack in vending?? A scam??
Its important to notice that the itens came directly to my inventory, not to rodex, so it means I bought from online vendings.
i've been playing ragnarok for almost 20 years and this has never happened to me before, so I was really confused about what was really going on!
I had around 410~420kk before this happen and now I have 344kk, so it means a lot of money lost in this bug.
I was supposed to spend 2.3kk in my purchase and lost around 60~70kk.
I already have a ticket for it 24A-2D18ABF8-0006.
