offline vending 5 item 2 days ago. checking in today its already closed/rodex only give me back 3 item. another 2 must be bought by someone but no rodex receive zzz

Yes, please. I second this GM. 

After the emergency restart that was performed yesterday, ROdex and daily login is now funcitonal.

However, items that were bought via Market Board yesterday 1/6/2024 from 1130 AM PST to before maintenance have not arrived. Money has been deducted, but no items arriving.

From other posts, seems like vendors lost their items as well, and have yet to get their too.

 

I send ticket already, and I'm sure other players did as well. GM did respond in ticket for me to wait up to 2x24 hours before reaching out again via ticket. But 48 hours from 1/6/24 would be Monday, meaning the weekend will be over already =(

Some, if not most, of us players cannot play during the weekdays...

 

If you would like to help investigate CM Poring, it will be much appreciated.

First of all, I do apologize as the RoDex issue was usually due to the delay (high traffic) making your item are kinda being "stucked" by the system. However, due to the RoDex system itself, we need to wait until the RoDex expired so there's no duplication once the item want to be restored by our team.

Rest assured as currently our team are investigating the issue thoroughly. So, if your item was still missing or lost, please kindly let our support team know by submitting another ticket so they can restore it for you.
