Also requesting Moonflower Shawl to compensate for how bad Moonflower Bow is as a 0.34% item. I'd even be fine if it did something new like removing the cooldown from Gale Storm and Calamity Gale

I'm ok as long as Noblesse Oblige description is not accurate and the ninja combo does include -1s cooldown kunai explosion

However, i would like to ask how to obtain Costume Dark Lord Manteau, i supposed it is different item from what we already have now - Costume Dark Lord Cloak; the same for Costume Gloom Baby Underearth...

 

Then, again, please bring back the original effect of Death Bringer and consider re-printing New Wave Sunglass [0], it's been crazy priced at 2 billion Zeny...

I know you are trying to boost 4th job classes and are focused on bringing in their specific items in, but what about those who primarily play expanded jobs like myself? You guys are making every class more and more powerful while leaving expanded classes behind. We don't even know when we will receive expanded 4th jobs, so please consider bringing in requested expanded class OCPs in the meantime.
 
Your team even went out of the way to make a custom item for Royal Guard (Arbritrator Shawl) because many were unhappy about the nerfed RG armor effects (Platinum Arbitrator). They even brought in slotted middle headgears for other classes (Phantom Ears, Asmodeus Hairband, Red Pope Ribbon, etc), except for Rebellion (Rebel Pocket Watch). Unfair much? Also do you even know what items you're bringing into the server?
 
1 brand new item, or a slotted version of an existing item for expanded class, unnerfed with original effects, in every new OCP release would be fair.
 
Please listen to the minority and stop the discrimination against expanded jobs if you really want to make iRO "Great" again.

Hmm, as of 01/03/2024 1017 PST, I am still unable to get my promotion items, even after spending a lot of KPs last month. If other players are able to get their items from Code The Redeemer NPC, can you all let me know?

 

If this is an only me problem, I will try to send a ticket to have it investigated. Though I guess we all know how the process of sending ticket going to be like ...

Have you sent a ticket? Throw me a DM of the ticket number since support team can help you to check your spendings.

Has it been mentioned multiple times already? The +10 Refinement system is intended and fixed. Our production team has reached the final decision on this issue.

I do really apologize if this upsets you. But again, this is the decision until if there's any change in the future.
