Many problems remain unresolved.  There are still new problems arising all the time.  There is a player who cannot enter his character.  You should do something. Don't ignore us.

I do really understand your frustration about many issues revolving lately. However, I can assure you that the issue will slowly being reduced slowly.

 

One step at a time to resolve those issues and we need your help to let us know if there's still issue revolving that our team doesn't know through our supports.
