I'm also calling for emergency maintenance. Also until this bug is fixed, I literally quit. I don't spend my hard earned money on this game for game breaking glitches to happen on a whim.

I have been escalating and following up this issue with our production team. However, they are still on the process of investigating the issue while fixing it so the issue won't be appeared again in the long run.
