I cannot access El Discastes at my current level and at least according to iWDB it's the only place that has a Wish Point seller for the Sage's Endow Skills.

 

Is there any other place you can buy those or were they deliberately hidden away for super high levels only?

 

I've noticed, that it's possible to buy Fire Arrow Quivers and Hunting Arrow Quivers in the Eden Group, are the Wish Points somewhere available like that too?
Noone seems to be vending them either.

Try the point seller in the pront tool shop or the 5 stacked on top of each other in the middle of izlude

Kinda weird, that they didn't centralize all important NPC's in the Eden Group but whatever, thanks again!
