Hello! Has anyone having issues lately with the Red Pope Ribbon not working properly?
The Effect When "Eswhoo lv.10 is learned, reduce fixed casting of Espa and Eswhoo by 100%" is not working at all.

February 20th maintenance that was supposed to fix Red Pope Ribbon for whatever reason broke the function, so 100% FCT isn't working on Red Pope Ribbon. Espa/Eswhoo tested with the appropriate skills and 120 int/dex+VCT reduction.
