i am totally confused on how does brutal murderer card work.. 

As stated in description it gives 15% additional damage and another 25% if level 200 and above. The combo card which included bloody murderer stated another 30%

so is it really 15% + 25% + 30% = 70%?

so if i have 2 brutal murderer+ 1 bloody murderer will it give 140%?

or am i'm reading it wrong?? can someone enlighten me with this description

combo effects only work once, but level requirement effects can stack, 2 brutal murderer 1 bloody murderer at 200+ would add 40+40+30=110% while 3 brutal murderer would add 120%
