If players have to wait another week for spend rewards, is there going to be compensation? Such as say an account had spent 6000 KP since the event started, they would get that again and of course not count towards the event. This should also NOT have a cap for those that completely “whale’d out”.

I like the idea of compensation for this. Again, paying for a service that's advertised and not receiving the full benefits isn't ideal customer service. Honestly, if there's another delay, I don't think I'll be purchasing anything from the game's shop anymore. It's a shame too, since I have enjoyed iRO for so long and liked supporting it once it became F2P.

The sad part there wasn’t even an apology. Just a banner on the notice page “ATTENTION February spend rewards still being processed”

I mean it is 2024, a.i. has come a long way enough to assist if not completely do the labor for coding with specific target criteria…so the real question is “why not compensation?” Doubling the KP players bought and used during the event is no monetary loss…for the company. It can potentially hold spenders as well as inspire more…

Another beyond crazy idea that could cause a riot. That gold tier ring for spend rewards, should have a 0 added at the end of each numerical buff BUT be account bound. That would generate quite a bit of FOMO.

Dear GM's / CM's,

 

Please consider having the option to choose the shadow part for the synthesis boxes (most specially the difficult to obtain synthesis boxes). Just imagine opening for the tenth time and you will still get that same shadow part. Please consider if the said parts can be exchanged for the part that is wanted and needed. Getting the component shadow part is already hard to obtain by chance from the Kachua. Getting the synthesis box itself another very hard chance to obtain from the Kachua. Refining and combining them just to get the unwanted or un-needed expensive shadow part is very very ridiculous.

Can you guys tell me what the drop rate of Ether Dust is and what the increase is? Because I have tried farming and it is not different at all.

Ether Drop from 0.01% to 0.02%? xD When are you guys gonna start banning the bots? At least please make ether more droppable so that bots won't have a reason to bother actual players on the maps. Only bots at Ami2 that either insta attack the monster after winging or wings away whenever there's another player on screen.

Also the economy is getting insanely inflated due to the low ether drop rate, Midgard Knight Shoes A Grade 40b as well as Moonlight Paw, how are players supposed to afford that? Increasing the drop rate of ether would only bring out benefits to the players in the server, gears would be more affordable and the looting bots would go away from maps 200+. Please consider this.

Ring of Venus is bugged. It ONLY reduces FCT by 70% (Fenrir Card effect) and it does NOT reduce FCT by 0.7 seconds FLAT when DEX is 125. Please FIX the effect that was advertised as players paid for it to get one:
