It would've probably been a build-defining option for Aimed/Crescive Bolt Wind Hawks but now it's pretty mediocre for those builds so oops there goes that. They also haven't changed the description they posted in the OCP 57 forum topic or answered my question when I literally asked if it was a mistranslation

I don't even think they're doing translations anymore.

The entire english translation that iRO once has was replaced with low quality, pserver-like english scripts over the past few years or so.

 

The skills of the Sage now use ridiculous names such as "Flame Launcher" and "Land Protector" instead of "Endow Blaze" and "Magnetic Earth".

 

 

The rather high quality and great english translation iRO once had seems to be gone.

The funny part about this is I thought the production team was listening to the people voicing their concern about the lack of FCT gear and made the 0.34% OCP better for once instead of doing the usual nerfs but nope..

Though I'm glad I saw this thread since later today I was planning on testing the ring a few my characters who need FCT reduction with the ring and would have been extremely confused. But still I'm now down 200 tokens and have a ring that I don't really need and seems mostly worthless to other players. Never would have used my tokens on this if I knew what you actually were offering, so the joke's on me this time... 

 

To the CM writing these description in the future please try to do better. This makes it extremely difficult to want to continue spending when I apparently don't even know what I'm getting since you can't write it down properly.

this is a second time i see another false advertisement, sounds like the hero boots (?) were some people file a ticket for correcting the item they got but afterwards the support refuses, i dont remember much so some of my statements are incorrect...

fct -70% and fct -0.7 are different

Direct amount of seconds subtraction especially since its accessory, is much more convenient as you can combine the fc sec reduction with other equipment/costume enchant till it can completely eliminate fct.

what is a blatant lie is that warpportal gave me bonus items for spending money the previous week and in those items was kachua keys and i was lucky and i found a moonlight paws and i sold it for 6b zeny and now im blocked from logging in for some related reasoning? so blatantly i spent money to get blocked from logging in.
