iRO Renewal Hardware Maintenance
March 12th, 10:00AM - 06:00PM PDT
 
Hardware maintenances will solely consist of IT tasks required to continue smooth operation of the game. We will be alternating between Hardware Maintenance and Update Maintenance from week to week unless specified otherwise.

At least be a more professional staff, to just copy paste the previous maintenance note is a sign that you lack of attitude, compromise with your work and the whole iRO community.

Yall complaining about copied patch notes. Its a hardware maintenance. The patch notes ARE literally the same. Some people complain about anything man.

Revert refine update and give us safe point at +10 (it was assured giving us 100% of chance trying to refine from +10 to +11) so we don't have to use 2 kinds of different refine ores (also less bsb) NPCs already charge a bunch of zeny per try is not fair now we have to pay per try + bsb after +10

You even removed the first tier from spend promo events, if you are going to be that exigent asking for our money be kind and make some changes to make our gameplay more comfortable.

This has been happening to me also. I usually make a ticket and they warp me to izlude lol. It is annoying though. All my good gear will be stuck on that char until they warp it.

Tbh I see no reason not to get this "feature" back like many unique features we have in iRO(related to items, cards, etc.) we're clients buying items from the Cash Shop(Including Ores) I feel like we have the right to ask for all these good things we used to have and made our game experience better if there is no any good reason to remove them, only reason I see rn is the current staff brought all new updates even full of bugs also this bugged NPCs(and they are too lazy to fix it or maybe just don't know very well how to do that?), so if they are not even fixing basics like unlock slots for char creation as before, and they don't allow you request it by ticket, but they are requesting you money to move characters to other accounts even if normally u would have the slot empty to create a new char for free, I feel I can ask for everything I want, I'm willing to keep spending money in ores and stuff if refine is like back then. So they must listen to us, thjey are not doing this for free or doing us a favor  .

I mean sure, that is your opinion, I was unhappy with the outcome too, but im not asking WP to change how they feel about the situation, if they want to leave it how it currently is that is up to them to do that, doesnt mean they make more or less money just means it is what it is.

It is not just a complaint, since there is no new announcement to give to the community, why copy + paste the same long notice? Instead of simplify and curate for better reading

Whatever u say font size and color I use are allowed(Only color u cannot use is the red one) I've been posting like this forever, if you don't like it just ignore it, if you can't even take seriously my post why are you replying? btw since I started playing all my post and request have been listened and many items, events, etc I requested in the past have been brought.
