Can somebody confirm if they awarded people meeting the spend promotion after this patch because I didn't receive mine

Feels like this is another one of the maints where they fundamentally destroy the game for a large portion of their playerbase and never end up fixing the issues because they don't know how to.

About your issue, please wait for 5 minutes before relaunching the game.

Got a buddy getting the good old Rag.exe error since the maintenance.  How to fix it now in 2024?  it is the 000005 one  lol   Thanks in advance.

i got "failed to get....." in loading , does this happen to anyone else too?

same thing patcher failed to patch. I redownloaded it and it gets to like 2023 sometime then closes out and says its done but it wont start cause it didnt finish patching.

That friend is now in the process of patching a new install of the game...  I hope he doesn't get the missing file crud too...

I already downloaded the game from iro wiki and it still wont patch  this 911

Ok i tested on my laptop and it worked...

 

the only difference is that i never tried to connect until it was said server up on my laptop.

 

So my guess is people who tried before, have probably downloaded something wrong in the process and the patcher is not able to download the remaining file anymore.

So i patched it on my other computer and it worked i used my external hard drive and and put it on there then put it on my laptop works just fine.

i haven't play in 3 years i comeback last week and i'm glad to see the managment is still great!!! i'm unable to update the client... i tried methods mention here and nothing.

I dont understand why I can't just click download, download the game and then just click play to play it. It's 2024 and I'm playing tech support for myself the last 2 days because you guys can bother to handle your junk. I am getting the cannot create 32 error when launching now... just wonderful...another day I'm probably gonna spend wasting it on trying to get this game to work... Thanks

Neither of my computer is working for patch

One doesn't even finish the patch it fails at the recent patch 03_12_2024

The other one loads to the easy anti cheat but then is unable to load the game client

• The February Spend Event Rewards Batch 2 (28th February - 05th March) has been distribute.
   
• After the update, we found that there is an issue with EasyAntiCheat (EAC) that will trigger an error (Cannot create file with 32) when you are trying to run the client. We are aware of this issue, and we are actively trying to fix this situation.

For the time being, if the error happens, please kindly wait for few minutes (1 to 3 minutes) and then try restarting the client again.

I was able to get the one that loads to easy anti cheat to work after waiting the 5 minutes

Still not sure the other will finalize the patch I'll have to try it later

It says if you get 32 error then u have to wait for a minute and tried again. i waited one minute and tried again and it doesn't work

I tried the 5 min wait, did not work.  I then reinstalled the game and still am not able to connect.  Keep getting the failed to get file message.

Unable to patch with the instructions of OUR TEAM GRAVTIY TEAM MEMBER, since last night maintenance.

1-Restart  PC.

2- RUN Client as Administrator.(Righ click and Run Admin)

3- Wait a little (It won't take long)

4-Log in and have fun
