I've bought several items both off the board and the vendor directly and its just taking my money and either not mailing the item with the receipt you receive in the mail or just not taking my money and not giving me the item at all.

 

I'm being told by GM's that it may take up to 16 days and if it's not there by then submit another complaint.

 

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi. Did you open rodex in prontera?
First, try open it inside eden. If that doesn't work, try other maps.
Prontera is the most problematic because of many people in there

Sorry, I assumed it was the lag issue.
In these scenarios, you can wait until the next maintenance. You will get the items after that
