I can't seem to use these refine tickets from Kachua box to the NPC behind the upgrade shop. It only allows me to use the safe to 7-10 certificates.. not the Refine tickets. have those been changed? Help please.
Weapon/Armor +7-10 refine tickets.

double click on your refine ticket see if it opens. it will give you the safe cert
