120SP at all levels.
Level is selectable, but the only difference with levels is the cooldown, less cooldown at lvl 5, I dont know why oyu would want to select any level under it.

Lol imagine havin Purge Shoes on OCP we gettin no cd coluseo heal put sum pharaoh cards in with 1sp stuff like that we have alt macro healing slave on alts kek
