wondering if anyone can help i tried pruchasing items from the ingame store but it came up with "deal has failed" when i have enough room and KP to buy the item and tried to go onto the warp portal page to send in a ticket but i cant as the verification email isnt being sent to my email or junk can someone help fix this or offer advise
