The first Gunslinger on Chaos back in 07’,

It’s still far from reaching heaven.

Still going strong almost 18 years later,

It’s my one and only main character Rebellion.

 

Focus, Commitment, and Sheer Will,

It’s a class that requires superior player skill.

To be the best you need to know,

How to master ALL 5 types of guns to kill.

 

The one true gunner in PvP and WoE,

Something most other players don’t know.

Many have tried and when they all gave up,

I continued putting on an entertaining show.

 

Fought the meta and fought the weak,

They’re all stepping stones to gain what I seek.

To become strong in my own way,

Did what must be done to reach my peak.

 

Did the impossible and beat the strong,

My strive to improve was not wrong.

Rose up to challenge and never gave up,

The road to mastery was steep and long.

 

Being unique and standing out from the crowd,

It doesn’t matter what people say out loud.

Breaking records and being the first,

I always move forward and stand proud.

 

Advanced job Night Watch is just around the bay,

Can’t wait to play and continue to slay.

Ready for challenge and always against odds,

It’s become normal as the “Rebellion” way.

Entry Title: Magician's Dream, Warlock's Might

In the realm of Rune-Midgard’s endless sky,

A young magician sought the arcane high,

Through dungeons deep and forests old,

A tale of magic, brave and bold.

 

With wand in hand and robes of blue,

He cast his spells, a storm anew,

From Poring fields to Glast Heim’s gate,

He challenged fate, embraced his state.

 

His fire burned, his ice did freeze,

In Geffen’s halls, he found his peace,

But whispers spoke of greater might,

A warlock's power in the night.

 

To Yggdrasil, the World Tree’s call,

He journeyed forth, through shadows tall,

In Niflheim’s fog, his spirit tried,

The old ways shattered, the new applied.

 

He learned to bind, he learned to break,

His soul transformed for power’s sake,

With sigils dark and runes aglow,

A warlock’s wisdom he did know.

 

From mage’s spark to warlock’s flame,

He earned his title, claimed his name,

In Ragnarok’s ever-changing tide,

A beacon strong, he stood with pride.

 

The world may twist, the world may turn,

But in his heart, the fires burn,

A magician's dream, a warlock's might,

In ancient lore, his legend’s light.

Bosque sangriento 

Un bosque pacifico ubicado en midgar lleno de hermosura y esplendor . Pero no todo es bello y pacifico , ya que en este bosque habita peligrosas bestias ubicadas en el centro del mismo , los aventure llamados por la aventura se adentran en el bosque en búsqueda de emocionantes peligrosas emociones , pensando en conseguir los recursos que yacen en el lugar. Lo que no saben los jóvenes héroes es que este bosque solo ansia sangre y que no es un bosque si no una trampa para conseguir la energía de sus presas , la cual es absorbida por la piedra de sangre la cual fortalece a las bestias que habitan en este habitad maldito donde innumerables guerreros mueren por la avarias y falta de experiencia sin saber que habita en este bosque que anela la sangre de aquellos aventureros en midgar .

but i'm asking WP to please reconsider the prices for the winners, I think they deserve more than just a +10 cert.
as you can see, these artists put a lot of effort and affection to their work and a $15 USD equivalent reward seems to be undermining these efforts.

As others mentioned above, the grand prizes for the winners are not that great and is kind of a joke. Previous ROGT contests gave winners more VIP and rare costumes only obtainable through the event. IF you could at least give the winners +13 Upgrade Certificates instead of +10 that would be more fair considering the effort many of us put into our content.

 

Also, please give the winners an exclusive achievement title "RO's Most Talented 2024". This title including many others were always provided to winners of previous contests. I don't see why you wouldn't continue that trend. It's the least you can do for winners if you can't give better prizes.

 

 

The contest page said there's a certain amount of effort required for entries. So please put in your effort and give winners what they deserve.

It'd be really awesome if we got updated prizes (I do agree they're a little disappointing), but I don't think we should complain if they don't. We DID all participate knowing that those were the prizes to begin with.    Feels kind of weird to complain now lol.

 

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't motivated to join for the costume wings rather than the grand prize hahaha

Some explaining:

When I closed the contest for new entries anyone that had posted before the cut off was allowed to make some small corrections, so edits to posts would not disqualify anyone.

Also please be aware the time and date displayed on all posts to the forum will be somewhat off as the forum has been set to the wrong timezone for a few months now. Many times I can't even tell when anything is posted, which is why around midnight I posted my message and temporarily locked this topic to make sure no one tried to sneak in a late entry.

Finally the entry I think you're referring to was uploaded to YouTube on June 30th and YouTube doesn't really let you replace or add to the video without it getting a new upload date (can remove parts though).

 

So unless I'm missing something it looks good to me. Please feel free to message me if you still believe there is a problem with any of the winning entries.
