You're not alone. My friend has the same issue, got banned by a duped item traded from another player. Then she traded the item to her alt which got her alt banned as well. Her main account got released 1 month after but the alt has been banned for six months till now.

Now that they are banned because of the same item, and one account got released, why is the other one still banned?

This is pretty unfair, my ticket is also with Vocal for 6 months, and it hasn’t been resolved. After this thread has been created, the specialist team was able to resolve it within a day? How is this possible? What has Vocal and the specialist has been doing for the past 6 months. Please go though all vocal’s ticket regarding to the account ban, it doesn’t seems he is doing anything to the players’ account.

As I know, quite a lot of players follow a rule:   if the ticket is handled by GM Vocal,  just do not reply and restart a new ticket.

I kindly ask that this issue be addressed with the seriousness it deserves.

 

Waiting for six months without resolution is incredibly frustrating for a player who has invested significant time in this game. Given that all the necessary evidence has already been submitted, being banned without a clear explanation feels unjust, doesn't it?

 

The management team really needs to step up in this situation. They should handle it more competently and take the time to genuinely consider and respond to player concerns.

6 months over a crappy item like Bloody Knight Shield?

That is insane for them to take so long to resolve your account, especially since it was bought from a vendor in Prontera...

They should've fixed it by deleting that item and returning the zeny you paid for it.

That's quite frustrating it'd take this long! Hope a staff can help escalate this to get it resolved.

Just a suggestion. Since people still suffer from duped items, and I know GMs have supposedly fixed ROdex which was used to dupe items. However I highly doubt if GMs thoroughly fixed it properly, ... so

How about GMs disables Rodex? This is the only certain way to know there will be no more new duped items and there will be no unfortunate victims again.
