No new items can be created on the ground if the object count is at its limit. The value isn't particularly high either, roughly around 3-4k items per zone if I remember right.



Known servers exhibiting the issue:
128.241.92.43:4511 - most likely due to nif_dun01

Stopping weekend drop rate events is not an acceptable solution, please do continue with those!

I will not be following up with this thread, it doesn't affect me too much. You, the reader, can do that if it affects your gameplay negatively.

EZ solution.

 

1. kRO level drop cap.

2. Nerf all Etc drop by 50-90%

3. Remove all Gramp TI

4. Nerf Magma drop rate to 0.01%

 

Hard Pricey solution.

 

1. Add more server for MD and c4 maps.

I know WP staffs not want to deal with annoyed stuff.

 

So, Just nerf etc drop by 50%. All fix, its effect BOT in magma too.

 

Kill two birds with one stone.

Do kro and other officials ever have this issue? I figure some of them get a lot more players than us so either the limit is higher for them or they are spread over a lot more map servers maybe?

Its back again! This time besides Naght Seiger, I was getting zero drops from Entweihen Crothen too. Out of the possible 8 drops, it was blank.

It happen to me too while doing Endless Tower! i got no drops from Ifrit, Valkyrie Randgris and Naght Seiger, what the hell happen to your game? How are you guys gonna compensate our lost? Those MVP could have drop card if no bug occur! My Meister can only farm Endless Tower due to no new OCP/ Kachua that really buff Arm Cannon damage and those new instance is really hard for Meister due to super low damage that we can do in this game! So please don't kill the fun of farming Endless Tower with this BUGS!!!

iirc, ggt gm said server count are capped. Also they nerf drop rate because of free-life server.

 

kRO also secretly nerf etc drop but that not much problem because players always greed there loots.

 

problem not from players count but from players habit. We not greed ours loots because how inflated our zeny was.

I hope you can fix this as soon as possible, because drop boost event is really helpful for us!!
We've been doing Endless Tower, and it's disappointing that now we have the possibility where we might not get any drop from MVP... Can you imagine if, perhaps, we could have drop and MVP card during that round, but we didn't get it because of this bug?

 

This also affect Amicitia en Nifflheim Dungeon, too... I remember I got like 3 Ether Dust once, and I was on gum, with VIP activated and drop gears.

 

I hope this issue will be fixed soon!

The drop bug is still happening. Certain MVPs in Central Lab, Endless Tower, and even the VIP Summoner aren’t dropping anything. What’s the point of farming and spending countless hours in the game if this issue isn't fixed? Where’s the fun in playing like this?

October 19 2024 I ran ET on multiple Sorcerers and in 1 run I was on map server 4511 and received no drops from Entweihen Crothen, I did another run afterwards and was no map server 4506 and received all drops. Here are the screenshots:

This happened to me too, and figured out it was while i was in the port 4511.

The "fast" solution to this, along with the update of the value from 10K to 30K, would be to prevent instances to be created in that game port. well, only if the instance creation system has a "exclusion" list...
