Episode 16 clear ticket needs to be at least account bound and not character bound. What am I suppose to do with it on my level 15 merchant? This is such ill service for the players that support this game with their hard earned cash. There should have at least been a clear detailed description of the item in the patch notes so players can plan a head cause its only 1 per account, I really needed this for my Main Character but can no longer obtain it. This is so bogus.

It seems like Full Spell and Full Power aren't enchantable with Shadow Enhancement box, even in kRO or twRO (while centering and focusing are, just like what we currently have).
