All fanart entries MUST be submitted in this FORUM THREAD.
Entries submitted outside of this thread (e.g., via social media, email, or other platforms) will not be accepted and will be disqualified.
Make sure to post your entry here to ensure it is counted!
ENTRY LIMITATIONS
Only one entry per user is allowed. Multiple entries will result in disqualification. Alt account entries are prohibited.
ORIGINALITY
All entries must be the submitter's original creation, specifically made for this contest.
Previously submitted works to other contests (RO or otherwise) and commissioned works are not accepted.
CONTENT RATING
Entries must be PG-13. Excessive violence, strong language, NSFW content, or references to such content are prohibited.
RO GVI & THEME RELEVANCE
All entries must be related to Ragnarok Online in general, Valentine’s Day in Ragnarok Online, or the NPC Lovelean.
PUBLIC ACCESS
Entries must be publicly accessible.
Images should be hosted on reliable sources and included in the submission.
PLAGIARISM
Plagiarized work, clipart, or photos from other sources will lead to disqualification.
Previously submitted drawings for other contests are ineligible.
EFFORT EXPECTATION
Entries must show a reasonable effort. Low-effort entries intended just to gain a prize will be removed.
Repeat offenses may lead to spam classification and disqualification from further submissions.
DISQUALIFICATION
Violations of the rules or general forum guidelines will result in disqualification at the discretion of RO GVI staff.
Disqualified users will receive a PM explaining the issue and may resubmit a qualifying entry before the soft deadline of Feb 21st, 2025.
After Feb 28th, 2025, disqualified entries will not get a second chance.
Failing to submit a qualifying entry a second time results in final disqualification.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Along with your entry, attach:
* Title and a brief description that clearly represents your fan art.
* Links to your artist page (e.g., FB, X, Instagram, or a personal website with past works).
* 2-3 work-in-progress sketches (e.g., initial sketch, uncolored, or proof of concept).
* The software's native file format with layers (to prove originality).
WINNER SELECTION
RO GVI team will serve as the judges for determining the winners of all submitted entries.
Should there be any changes to the winner selection process, updates will be promptly communicated via RO GVI Warp Portal Forum.

A Note On Prizes
- Grand Prize winners will receive all of their prizes on a single account, so please choose carefully when you list your character in your entry.
- All prizes given to participants will be named and placed on the character you indicated in your entry.
- You are free to change your mind about which character to place it on during the contest, but after the contest, such changes will not be honored.
- Though the prizes listed are unique to this contest for now, it is not intended to be permanently exclusive to this event, and may be used, sold, or offered once again by GVI in the future should the need or desire arise
