Hello,

 

I’m playing from SEA and have been experiencing frequent connection issues.

 

After logging in and selecting a character, I often get a "Failed to connect to the server" error.

The only way to eventually get in is by repeatedly attempting to log in until it works.

 

Even when I do manage to enter the game, I sometimes run into an issue when switching maps—the "Please Wait" message stays on-screen indefinitely, forcing me to close the client and restart it.

 

Additionally, if I leave my character selection screen open for too long, the account gets disconnected with a "Disconnected from the server" message.

 

I’d appreciate any help in resolving these issues. Thank you!

I have the same problem, especially please wait issues, not to mention random crashes and disconnection.

Other guildies have similar issue as well, please take a look at this and fix it

I don't remember when this problem started, but if I'm not mistaken, it might have been after the last maintenance (EAC maint?)

Same here, not from SEA but having same issue.

Taking longer time on please wait and having random disconnection when swithing characters or logging in.

This "failed to connect to the server" and "please wait" happened very frequently and at random times, even already logged in will also face the same issue over and over again whenever I tried to enter any building, change map, and to character select screen.

Not exaggerating to say that it happened almost all the time and halt the gameplay completely.

unbearable, unplayable, disconnecting very often, lagging when reloging or switching chars, sometimes wont even connect at all

yeah same issue bro...always slow loading map n log in...also disconnection when u are in character pick afk for a while....n laggy...not only that problem..in indonesian i think our ISP maybe blocked that new EAC it make us cant connect to server with out VPN...thats what i know so far....

I'm not from SEA and I have the same problem.

 

It's frustrating having these disconnecting issues constantly.

 

I hope you can fix it soon.

im from SEA, without exitlag its unbearable now, it used to be fine before. but with exitlag i have random crashes especially when changing map

anyone have similar issues?

I've been experiencing some lag and disconnection issues, too  The issues started since you updated EAC, but got worse last maintenance.

I have random disconnections, and have issues even when I'm closing my clients. Yesterday one of my clients were closing without getting any error message. 

I hope you can fix it in tomorrow's maintenance or as soon as possible, because this is affecting many players.

Since the updated of EAC, I had never ever had any lag issues until last WoE TE (Sunday 23rd). Somethin happened yesterday or last maintenance. I have never had any crash or disconnect issues though.

Then fix the EAC immediately. If you don't use VPN in playing iRO, you can't barely walk and there is so much spikes.

Change EAC to nProtect, even with EAC there are still programs that bypasses it.

this is getting worse. cant even login ! how to spend kp if cant play?

IROBeelzebub when will this issue be fix? Don't tell us that it will take months or years again? How can we play if keeps disconnecting, can't connect to the server and crashes most of the time. Please check EAC before you put an update to it.

Game population is dropping due to difficulties logging in, just so you know you're losing players who would pay for this game.
