Is there an NPC that will let me delete quests, I am getting quest errors every time I log on my character.

Hmm... I don't know about NPC that can delete quests (wish there was one though!), but I recently had a similar problem.

 

Is it like a mini window pop-up? I used to get those and it was related to the 'newbie' NPCs (Rumin and Leno whom we meet during Criatura days as Novices). The only way to get rid of it was to finish the quest. :/
